ESTA accepts Visa/MasterCard/Discover with a minimum charge of $6.00.  Credit cards are for advance reservations and advance purchases only.  Credit cards cannot be processed on the bus.

Processing fee for mailing of passes:  3½% of the charge or $1.00, which ever is greater.

Reservations:  Seats can be reserved with a credit card.  The full fare will be charged at the time of the reservation.  The reservation can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the departure for a 20% cancellation fee.

Unused tickets:  Unused tickets may be submitted for a 50% refund or may be used on the same route within 30 days by making a reservation.

Partially used tickets:  A “partially used ticket” means you purchased a ticket and did not complete the trip prior to the final destination.  Partially used one-way tickets are not refundable.

Discount Rate:  You must ask for the discount at the time of the sale. Eastern Sierra Transit Authority cannot provide refunds for discounts once the sale is complete.

Late bus and missed connections:  While Eastern Sierra Transit Authority makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee its departure and arrival times, which may affected by any number of factors including weather, traffic, or mechanical problems.  Eastern Sierra Transit Authority is not liable for expenses that may arise as a result of a delay.
